How discreet is shipping?
Plain unmarked box, no logos or branding visible, return address shows 'TLC Group, LLC.' Customs labels use parent company name only.
How fast does it ship?
Standard US shipping is 2–4 business days, free on all orders. Expedited (1–2 days) available at checkout. International orders typically 5–10 business days with duties paid at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?
Canada, UK, Australia, and EU. We pay duties upfront so no surprise fees arrive with your order.
Returns & warranty
What's your return policy?
30 days, full refund, free return shipping. We accept returns on used products too — refunds not based on condition. Returned items are recycled, never resold.
How long is the warranty?
Two years on every toy. Covers manufacturing defects, motor failure, battery problems, silicone separation. Free replacement or repair, including shipping.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email [email protected] with a photo and order number. We ship a replacement same-day in most cases, with a prepaid return label.

Is it waterproof?
Yes — IPX7 rated, fully submersible to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Shower, bath, or pool-safe design.
How quiet is it?
33–48 dB depending on intensity — quieter than a whispered conversation. Verified by an independent audiology lab.

How long does the battery last?
Up to 120 minutes per charge, depending on intensity. Fully charges in 90 minutes via the included USB-C magnetic base.
How do I clean it?
